Trying for baby number 2!!!

Okay any advice on trying to conceive. With our first born we weren’t exactly trying it just happened. Now this time around it isn’t happening as easily. We are so ready for another baby but every time it comes time to test and it comes back negative or I start my period. It is extremely disappointing. I’m trying to keep my hopes up and tell myself it will happen in Gods timing not mine. But if anyone has any advice or tips it would be greatly appreciated.
