Colostrum at 15 weeks?

Hey ladies, I'll be 15 weeks tomorrow. My breasts were sore early on but got better,until today they were sore so I massaged them and I was curious to see if there was any colostrum there so squeezed around the areola a bit and had some clear discharge from both breasts already. Has any one elese had this so early? Is it normal? And is it safe to Milk it out ? My breasts felt better after I did this.
