for people with DOGS or PUPPIES in a flat!!! 🐕🐶🐾

ok so I am getting a 13 weeks 3 days old puppy tomorrow and I am currently stuck living in a flat with no garden as my HOUSE i am moving in to is delayed by 2 weeks... I am just wondering how u managed to do the whole toilet training ect... as I have no garden so obviously I will walk it in the morning and let it out every so often but I was thinking if I get things like puppy toilet training pads for it to pee / poo on or it's accidents will it still learn to pee / poo outside when I get the house in 2 weeks time or is that to long to let it do it's business in the house ? as obviously I'm getting the puppy quite late (13 weeks 3 days ) instead of 8 weeks which is when you usually take them home.

I obviously am so gutted it will have to live in my flat for 2 weeks but surely it will be ok for 2 weeks until I get my house ??? then I can start training the dog to go outside and do it's business?
