Bleed after sex

Hey guys

I'm 5wks 5days according to Glow's app (currently on vacation - and will have first ultrasound next week, but I have done a blood test and stick test to show a positive pregnancy)

I just have a question, I had sex this morning and bled abit on my panty liner - more than my standard spotting. It's red! Is this something to be worried about? Light cramping too 😩😞
