Do you think this workout will work for me?
Have any of you tried this workout? I already have a nice body.. I'm just trying to work more on my booty. I've noticed it getting flatter at the bottom... :( I want to catch it before it gets too flat!
Anyways do you guys think this workout would be worth doing every day? Do y'all think I'll have results?
