Implantation Bleeding

I’m sort of freaking out with my current situation. I generally have very regular periods and mine is not supposed to start for another twelve days. According to the app my ovulation was just a few days ago. Today I started bleeding, at first light and then it got heavier and it’s been steady all day. I originally thought I maybe had implantation bleeding because my period is not for so long and it’s usually so regular. After it got heavier I became more concerned because most everything I read says that it’s light spotting! Has anyone experienced this or had heavy implantation bleeding?? Could my period be starting 12 days early?? Any help would or thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Of course I hope to be pregnant but I haven’t been trying long and now I’m concerned and stressing out!!
