Is God sending us a message???

So hears the story me and my BF have been trying to conceive our first together I already have a son his 10 😊! We have lost 2 babies in this past year got a blood clot in my leg on the 2nd pregnancy and now our fertility Doc wants us to get genetic testing done on us but it $2,000 🙁hears where it gets very interesting cause this stuff just don’t happen a lady I work with by the way have barely to each other came to me at work said I’ve been watching you and your BF (he works same place I do) and I wanted to let you know that my daughter is pregnant and don’t want the baby and we wanna give it to you both I literally broke down crying I was lost for words my BF isn’t to sure if he wants to cause he is wanting his own which I understand but this has got to be a sign from God 🙏
