Which birth control is best ?

I’m on nexplanon but I am getting it removed next week , it’s been 5 months since I had my 2nd baby and I gained over 40lbs . I’ve had crazy sugar addiction ( and eating lol ), headaches, cramping, mood swings, depression, and what not .

I’m thinking of sticking to condoms since they are he only think I know won’t give me ANY side effects , but if anyone knows anything else, I’m all ears !

I can’t afford to have another baby even my docs said to wait at least 2 years because I had back to back pregnancies and that kinda fucked me up a lot internally. ☹️
