Does it sound like allergies or a cold

These past couple days i have been having gland pain and sinus pain , itchy nose and throat , and coughing . Does this sound more like a cold or allergies? I was taking Benadryl but just switched today to Claritin 24 hours hoping it’ll work . I’m 28 weeks btw

My allergies have been intense.... I blame it on Mother Nature.  We just had the last bit of snow melt.
Use nasal saline several times a day. It should help you dry up!

I’m suffering exactly the same. Woke up with sudden runny bones, no taste, no smell. Not going away. Taking Claritin too. Not sure if it’s allergies or a cold. Usually get very minor pollen allergy but not like this. Easing up. It don’t know if it’s Claritin it cold wearing off. Guess il just have to wait and see if it clears up.
