ANY NURSES OR DOCTORS?!

I am 20, I know too young. I had an empty stomach and had 2 shots at 10pm. It was going well until 1am. I am now in so much pain I cannot move... I am laying in my back in bed. I am a nursing student so I think it is my stomach acid. I also remember your stomach can bleed out from this. My legs are cold and my stomach feels like an elephant is stomping on it but also on fire... I have $96 In my bank account and no more money for insurance. I do know what to do...Do I wait.. And try to sleep? I feel like I am going to throw up but in too much pain... I can not afford the ER right now... What do I do..?
