Depression

Has sunk in deeply lately. I have been so positive and so happy when I first started researching TTC with PCOS and lately it's taken its toll on my mood and outlook on TTC my body is like hello what are you doing. I have been cramping thinking ok AF will show her face soon but nope I can't seem to understand my opk tests so idk if I've ovulated. Just feeling down about TTC and my relationship with my SO idk how to get out of this funk
