My boyfriend thinks I’m cheating

My boyfriend thinks I’m cheating on him with my ex and my boss but I don’t take to my ex anymore and my boss fired me so how can I tell him that I not cheating on him but what bother me the most is that he says that he seen me with another guy and I was getting out of his but the other was my next door neighbor talking to me so how can I tell this without ruining the relationship
