IUI with injectables or IVF

Ttc over 3 years, unexplained infertility. Conceived before.

Round 1: clomid, trigger and timed intercourse (16.5mm and 18mm follicles at trigger)

Round 2: femera, trigger and IUI ( 18mm and 19mm at trigger, 11.5 million sperm post wash)

Round 3: femera, trigger and IUI (21mm on left, 20 million post wash)

We haven’t done any fertility stuff since October. Debating whether we should try another IUI or just go into IVF. Both are out of pocket. My doctor also mentioned that my cycle could be canceled with injectables if I produce too many follicles
