When to test after implantation bleed?

I’m 11 DPO and AF is due in 3 days. I wanted to check my cervix and there was bright red blood. 
On the off chance it’s an implantation bleed and not AF coming early, when can I test? I have 2 FRER here but want to time it properly.

It could be your period coming early.... Or it could be implantation. I’ve had that happen a few days before my periods and it was always my period... Been trying for a year now
