Help!!! Contractions?

I’ve felt my uterus tighten 8-9 times since 7:42 at first it was 5-8 mins apart. I’ve been feeling this tightening all day and half of last night. Just started timing them. My question is should I be seen at the hospital or is it just Braxton Hicks?? They’re very uncomfortable but not per say painful. I’m so confused. 39w on Monday. I know they say if you have more than 8BH in an hour it could be labor???
