Tips on growing hair faster?

So the pictures basically go in order lol. I kept my hair at a 1. It’s about a 5-6 now. But it’s been since like February? Any tips on what I can do to make it grow faster??

I believe castor oil promotes hair growth, take some warm castor oil and do the inversion method, this is where you lay on your bed on your back or hang your head In between your knees, somethitn where your head is down, and you massage the warm oil into your hair for about 4 minutes every day for a week, don't do this every week though, maybe every other week or longer will be fine, you should see some hair growth
