Contraception advice

Hello,

I am looking for a new contraception as I am absolutely awful at remembering to take the pill or put the patch on etc. And the last think I want at this very moment is to get pregnant.

After some research it’s saying the best thing is an IUS which is the plastic T they put in for 3-5 years but hearing stories have kind of put me off. I did have the implant couple of years ago but due to having my ovary out I am now unable to have that or I’d have it in a flash.

Any other ideas or have you got the IUS and can give me some advice?
