Confused on what to do

So basically the daddy to my baby was in another relationship and he has now broken up with her to get back with me. I just don’t know weather to get into a relationship with him again or make him wait I still have all the feeling for him but when we broke up it was all my hormones so think a bit of advice will be nice as what to do. I am 21 weeks pregnant and want him involved he has been to all the scans but just think it would be easier for both if we were together.
