Why did you have to have a C section?

I'm a c section mama, and I had to have one because I have a narrow pelvis. I'm just curious why all the other c section mamas had to had them. What were the risks if you'd didn't?

Both kids were feet first... My daughter was born 8 years ago with a condition called gastroschisis  and she was feet first and her heart beat dropped to 50 in 5 secs so emergency it was.  My son was healthy but feet first now he is 6 ... My third I lost at 4 months from n internal miscarriage... I'm sorry if my daughters picture is to much for y'all...

Baby girl was footling breech, her cord was right at the cervical opening and I was 3.5cm dilated. My OB sent me down to L&D suspecting I was in labor. I was regularly contracting but didn't feel a thing, and was 5cm when checked again. Had a c-section that night.

I've had two laproscopic myomectomies to remove fibroids and no pregnancy yet, but I'll have to have a c-section because of the surgeries.

I had to have a c section because my water broke and my son had already had a bowel movement they had put me on pitocin to speed up the process unfortunately it stopped me from dilating past 4cm

Shoulder dystocia with baby #2, they had to break his clavicle to get him out. Very scary. Doctor didn't want to risk anything with baby #3. It was a combination of big babies and narrow pelvis. I had episiotmy with first baby and 3rd degree tear with 2nd baby. In my opinion csection is way worse though. The pain didn't go away for weeks. But after natural birth I was up walking around right away!

I was not dilating at all even if the dr try to induce me. Baby girl was not ready to come out

I had one because i wouldn't dilate past 7 cm and my water had been broken for more then 24 hours and that was good for the baby
