The part between vagina and anus tore a bit during sex

Me and my boyfriend were having sex when I suddenly felt pain. He pulled out and saw blood on his dick. We stopped having sex and after he left I looked in a mirror to see what was going on. The part between my vagina and anus tore. It didn’t connect both sections. It stopped bleeding after the first day but it bleeds occasionally every time I wipe. I don’t know what to do. It’s been a week since it happened. Every time I use the bathroom it hurts but the pain isn’t as bad as it was the first couple of days. Will it heal on its own? Do I have to go to the doctor? I’m trying to avoid going to the doctor because I’m 19 and my mom doesn’t know I’ve had sex.
