You guys are the experts! advice please...

hey alI!! i have pcos (boo) . i have a fertility specialist who next cycle is putting me on drugs. how ever I have been ovulating myself lately and would love to know what I should do to help my chances this month? I have gotten rid of sugar and I have cut carbs and taking soo many sups my wee is a golden azure colour 🤔. anything you can suggest. I think last month I stopped bd'ing too soon and my ovulation was later than expected. i had a blood test to be sure that I O'd. should I keep trying oooor just wait for the clomid and shots and all the other money spending we will do? hubbies sperm are great. my LH and FSH are tops plus post O progesterone. I'm just waiting on my insulin and AMH. I'm 38 😞🍷
