ttc and a teen

I know this is a teen mom group and yes I'm a teen mom! But I'm married I know so young ! but we are happy and doing good have our own. I've been pregnant before but turned into a miscarriage because I was drinking and on bc so irresponsible. it been a year now and ttc. been 3 months and still nothing ? And yes only 3 months not much but wondering if any of yall was trying if so how long
