When do you think is the right time to start buying stuff for the baby? I’m 21+3 I just don’t want to buy stuff to early or to late.

I've been pretty much buying little things that I really liked this whole time. I'm 22w&2d. I love buying onesies and bibs that I like so much because they're pretty cheap for the most part and a lot of the big stuff were getting at our baby shower

im 21w4d and have already started the nursery (almost finished).  I decided that I was going to go ahead and get the nursery done, put most of everything else on my registry and then get the rest of anything I might be missing after my shower.  I also didn't want to wait until the end and have to buy a ton of stuff at once....it's easier for our finances to slowly accumulate what we need.

This is our second so we won’t have a shower. This time around I bought a used baby dresser and refinished it, painted a bookcase and will move our daughters crib to the room when the baby is ready to sleep on his own. So yes I bought some bigger items to get the room ready. I’ve got some clothes, a humidifier, and the sound machine we like but I think that’s it. If you’re having a shower wait until that’s over to buy things so you can see everything you have and what you still need.

I’m 21 weeks and we have gotten a few clothes and then the big stuff like a rocker and a crib. Most of the other things I’m going to wait till after the shower.

I’m 22 weeks and I’m actually just now starting to buy things. Since I’m not having a baby shower this second round, I decided to go ahead and get all my big things now and put it all together so that when I hit my third trimester, I won’t have to worry about doing that part. Trying to have everything done by August

i normally pick up a few things around 7 -8 months ans the rest after the shower
