Back pain
Is anyone else experiencing back pain in the upper to middle section of their back? I am having both sharp and constant dull pain on both sides. I’ve been trying pillows and massages but I just can’t get comfortable. There doesn’t seem to be a position I can get into that relieves the symptoms. Is there anything anyone has tried that helped?! 😩😩😩
