I can’t breathe due to a growing breeched baby

I’ve been pregnant before and my last pregnancy I gained a lot of weight but I never had breathing issues. This pregnancy I gained only 10 lbs and I can’t breathe. The baby is standing up or breeched at this point something my last child was not. Is there anything I can do to finally breathe again. I can’t bend over without being out of breath. I also can’t eat without being ridiculous full.
