How many of you used vitex to regulate your cycles? How long did it take?

I started taking it April 26th, and then ovulated for the first time April 29th. I’m now pregnant with my first! I took 1200mg a day.

I took one 400mg tablet everyday, starting the day I started my period after a 87 day cycle. I had never had a regular cycle, they ranged from 40-87 days. I fell pregnant my first cycle taking vitex and it would appear as though it was set to be a regular 28 day cycle, which is crazy.

Vitamins (any kind) normally take 2 to 3 months to work for there intended purpose. But for some women Vitex can work for them in the first month. If they don’t for you don’t get discouraged hon

I just recently started taking it. I haven’t noticed too much of a difference. I was taking 1200 mg.
