Workout & Dietary Suggestions
Hey ladies, I've started a pre pregnancy workout with the new workout app SWORKIT for IOS. I was wondering if any of you experienced mommys out there have done certain workouts that you really enjoyed before and or throughout your pregnancies or some that you know are good for your body overall for this transition? If so could you tell me below please :) What I'm currently doing I do like but I'm just getting bored now. Also, did any of you have a certain diet or just good healthy selections that you enjoyed or know is a good in general? I've heard some foods can be a bad selection where weight, bloating, and certain ingredients are concerned so I'm generally asking. I also have dietary anemia which basically meaning I don't eat enough iron enriched foods however I'm on the iron pills already so that's covered. Any suggestions??
