Lactose allergy or something else
Ive been noticing these little red blotches on my sons face after every time i nurse him, i thought it could be a heat rash since i get them some times too . But then i notice some coincidences like they would show up when I’ve had a bowl of cereal or an iced coffee with creamer.I heard how babies pores not regulating their temperature yet at 5 weeks so maybe its that too.
