Stress belly and how to get rid of it?!

Okay ladies I’ve done everything you can think of when it comes to getting rid of my belly fat, and even my mini muffin top. I went from a size 4 to a size 6 my first year of college but well...I’m just going to blame that on the freshman 15! But now I’m going into my 3rd year and man I miss my old body. Well honestly I love my legs and everything else.. EXCEPT my stomach area!! It’s just not the same. I’ve tried fad diets, done with those. Going to start portion control instead. And I’ve gone to the gym EVERY day and when I don’t, I at least do sit ups and other mini workouts at home. I have yet to see any results and I’m getting disappointed.. advice anybody? ❤️
