Am I pregnant? Help/Advice

So for the past two days I've been feeling like I have to vomit when I wake up and my lower back starts hurting and my boobs feel numb from time to time and the last time I had unprotected sex was almost two weeks ago. My sister said that I was showing early signs of being pregnant but I don't know. I'm 19 almost 20 years old. I want a baby but I don't know if the guy that would be the father wants one. Help?!
