Zoloft and missed period???

So mommas out there, I’m on Zoloft for PPD and haven’t had a period since starting it. I’m definitely not pregnant and it’s been about 7 months since i had my first period after pregnancy. And I started the Zoloft a month after giving birth.... has anyone else experienced this??

Be careful some medications can make your prolactin levels high I was on a medication and it made my prolactin levels high and I wasn’t getting a period for almost 2 years until I stopped taking it then I got it back

I’m on Zoloft and I have Mirena IUD but I’ve never missed a period. I’ve been on Zoloft about 7 months and the Mirena for two and a half years.
