Hi ladies. I really need some help and advice please so any replies will be greatly appreciated. This is my 4th pregnancy with 3 2nd trimester losses prior. This time I had a shirodkar cerclage placed at 12 weeks and have had 3 cervical scans since (inc yesterday) to monitor my length. All was well at my 17 week check where I was 41mm no funneling. However yesterday at 20+4 I had my scan and the found that I had funneling at the top measuring 10mmx15mm, with .5mm to the stitch and 23mm below the stitch meaning my total measurable length is 23.5mm. Im absolutely petrified that im going to lose my precious baby girl again and I wouldnt be able to live through it again especially since this is the furthest ive ever made it. Can anyone offer me any advice or positive stories to help me stop myself from having a nervous breakdown...
