PCOS - underweight

Hi! Is there someone here diagnosed with PCOS and also underweight? I was diagnosed when I went to an OB because my acne won’t leave me even if I got to my derma regularly and using topical treatments, so my OB gave me prescription to try pills for 3-6 months. I don’t have any symptoms other than acne, my period is regular but at most twice a year it becomes irregular (sometimes earlier than expected and sometimes later).

Also, any tips that could help?
