Tips on losing weight?
Hey everyone! I am 20 years old and 205 pounds. At 5 ft 1 the weight does not look pretty on me at all! My first goal I want to hit is 180, just to start. Can anyone that has been successful with weight loss tell me what you did? What kind of workout programs are out there that can I can do that are preferably free or close to free (I am on a tight budget). I am hoping by losing this weight that I will also start finding myself again. I have depression and anxiety and it has taken me down a lot while in college. I used to be a cute 165! Anyways, any help that anyone can give me is greatly appreciated! Thank you!!
