Hi ladies. I will be starting my keto journey today. Does anyone have their before and after pictures or results? Also any tips and tricks to get started? Thanks!!                           ***I know some researchers say its bad for you. I've done my homework and this is what i want to do for MY body. So no negativity please and thank you!!***

I have about 8 years of experience with keto/low carb. It is the best! However, the things I wish I knew when I started - the many great podcasts about keto which gives you great inspiration, motivation and knowledge, website Dietdoctor.com, and fasting/intermittent fasting.
When you are getting used to getting energy from fat instead of sugar, do not be afraid to eat/drink A LOT of fat. For me the transition went way smoother, as fat silence any cravings. With time I reduced amount of calories I got from fat, to more “normal” levels. Does that make sense?

I started my keto lifestyle 4/5/18 :) I love everything about it! I still have more to lose and goals I want to accomplish but I’m going at a comfortable pace
