2nd failed cycle and losing hope at 28 help!

Back story:

January 2017 we decided we wanted to start a family and I have had a few friends that had issues,so I went in for a work up. All my levels were normal.

Feb 2017 was our second month trying and we got pregnant which ended in a Mc.

Month after month bfn.

In October I called my doctor to see what’s going on and the said I could try clomid for a few cycles. My insurance covers fertility so I had to retest blood levels. Sadly I got the news that in the last 8 months my AMH went from 1.9 to .7. I did two rounds of clomid which I responded really well to but no luck. We went basically right into IVF since we had the medical coverage. I read It starts with the egg. Took all the vitamins. Ate super healthy. ( mind you I’m 28 5’5 and I fluctuate between 126-129 lbs) I was pretty healthy to begin with.

My doctor told me I was going to be a low responder so don’t get my hopes up with quantity but reassured me my quality would be good because of my age.

First cycle

6 mature eggs

All fertilized without icsi

We wanted to do a fresh transfer so by day 5 we found out 4 stopped growing and two were quite at blast stage. We transferred those two and it resulted in bfn

Second cycle

8 eggs

5 mature

3 fertilized with icsi because hubby was out of town

We decided we wanted to go frozen cycle

3 made it to day 5 but again not quite at blast so waited to day 6 to see. Turns out they too stopped growing. So we were left with nothing.

I DONT GET IT? WHY?

I’m young. I’m healthy. I’ve prayed and prayed. I’ve seen women on here with lower amh and it works. I’m so upset and I feel so defeated.
