Heart Rate help!
So this morning we went for our 36 week doctor appt. My blood pressure was normal but my HR was 124 bpm. It’s normally around 90-100. She didn’t seem too worried but said to keep an eye on it. I’ve been home all day relaxing and taking naps because my allergies have been awful. I noticed earlier my heart was beating fast again and it is around 120-130 bpm for the past 30 minutes. Should I be worried?
