Perplexing situation

Well.... by temping allne glow and FF predict my ovulation was 5/8, we had sex by chance 5/5 and 57 .... that would make me approx 7dpo... today I’m having spurts of menstrual cramps ... waves of nausea and exhaustion hit me like a ton of bricks (mild aches on sides of boobs) the kicker ... I had a chemical at 5w on 4/22 so of course I’m perplexed as to if I even ovulated or if i can even get pregnant this fast.... any insight? Obviously we were not trying this cycle we were just relaxing and enjoying each other ...
