TMI.. Early pregnancy CM??

My period is still a week away. My boobs are super sore, I've been having cramps and a backache, and this CM with very "wet" feeling and in my undies. all these things could be pre-period stuff though, I'm assuming. I've never checked CM. does this look like pregnancy CM?? Please help! :)
