What's in your hospital bag?!

Does everyone have thier hospital bag packed? I feel like I'm going to forget something important or wish I'd remembered to bring something! What kind of stuff does everyone else have packed that's important to them other than clothes, baby clothes etc.?

SO: 2 pairs of briefs, 2 shorts, 1 long PJ pants, 2 pairs of socks & a pair of sanders. Toothbrush, paste, lotion, deodorant & body spary oh & iPhone charger.

Me: nursing pads, nipple cream, 2 nursing tanks, 2 regular tanks, 1 pair of shorts, 2 yoga pants, 1 night gown, 1 robe, 5 underwears, 3 socks. Hairbrush, hair elastics, mascara, eyeliner, under eye concealer, body spray, lotion & deodorant, 1 pair sanders, 1 pair slippers

Baby boy: 2 possible hospital pic outfits, 2 possible take home outfit, 2 pajamas whole body, 4 onsies, BC papers, 2 blankets, 3 receiving blankets, 2 burping cloths, 3 hats, 2 non scratch mitts, 1 pacifier

Big sister: 4 outfits, lunch box full of snack and drinks, sandels, 4 underwears, emergency Benadryl, inhaler and Motrin & $5, pillow and blanket (she'll be staying with grandma)

Pajamas for me, clothes, headbands/hats and blankets for the baby, I like to use my own things but you don't have to. Toiletries, flip flops for the shower, slippers, pacifiers if you choose to use them, going home outfits for both of you. Maybe Something for dad to change into if he doesn't go home at all. I actually take a separate bag into labor and delivery with my wallet, iPad/phone Chargers, my kindle, camera and charger for that, gum, Chapstick, snacks for daddy (nothing crunchy). This is baby #2, so I also have a small bag ready for my hubby to take when he brings our daughter, with snacks and a cup and we also have a "big sister" gift that will be waiting for her. It sounds like much more than it looks I promise!!

I packed for me: two nursing bras without wire as it can block ducts, 5 granny underwear so when stained I can throw out, sandals cause slippers pick up hospital germs believe or not plus super hot on birthing unit floor, super overnight absorbent pads, breast pump, hair tied, comb, shampoo, conditioner, body wash(scent free), cell charger, contact case& solution, massage oil for fiancé to help me ease tension in neck and back, makeup for photos later, camera, huge cup for ice chips. 
Baby: 5 outfits in case of staining, 20 diapers cause every time they check your baby even if no bowel movement they throw the diaper out, towel for baby cause there's are starchy, blanket for going home, vitamin D drops,

Don't forget cheap flip flops for the shower that you can throw away after, your nursing pillow if you plan on nursing, warm pair of socks, lots of extra black cotton underwear.
