Unknown pregnancy test

About 2 or 3 months ago I went to the doctors to treat a UTI. I'm 19, and still a virgin. I actually physically can't have sex because of severe vaginismus. She asked me at least 2 or 3 times if there was a chance I could be pregnant. I told her no every time. She actually did a test anyway without telling me or giving me results. Now I'm being billed for it. I've come in before and they had never done a pregnancy test, so obviously it's not protocol. I also called the manager who looked at the doctor's notes for the visit and she had nothing written down for the reasoning. Is this even legal? Let alone ethical?
