Irregular Periods - Driving Me Crazy!
I'm 30 years old and ever since I first got my period (14) they've been irregular for the most part. When I was 15 I had a grapefruit-sized cyst on one of my Fallopian tube's and since then have had a history of ovarian cysts. I was put on birth control to prevent them and it worked great.
Fast forward to my 20's-now and I've been on and off birth control mostly because I hate being on it. My family (both sides) has a bad history of heart disease, and I've had high blood pressure since I was 23 (and very active and healthy weight).
I've recently been tested for PCOS & thyroid issues which both came back normal.
Last August- this January (6 months) I didn't have my period.
This February and March I got it.
April, May, & June... Nothing!
My doctors just tell me to keep trying and in a few months I can make an appointment to get some help in the process.
Anyone else have similar issues?
Or natural recommendations to bring Aunt Flow back??
