Pcos, Metformin and opk

Help ladies . TTC for 6 months , never got a positive opk or a temperature surge . Had AF 4 times in the last 6 months

Last 3 months using Vitex and in Metformin for one month . Got my positive opk yaay but it is been positive for last 4 days and no temperature surge

SO is super helpful but we have been BDing for last 4 days and he is tired now

What to do ? Any suggestions . Is my body trying to ovulate and not ovulating ? Any tips to make sure I ovulate
