Light "fluttering"?

I am 10 DPO. I have PCOS. My husband and I didn't really try this month as we were going to give ourselves a break but we did have sex during fertile period with no demands or worrying. Has anyone had any type of fluttering or vibration in lower abdomen. it happens here and there and when I'm very relaxed. I am chalking this up to gas but never had I had this sensation with gas and nothing is "released"Can it be a PCOS symptom? Anyone had this???
