5 weeks pregnant &a ruptured cyst?

I went to the hospital today for very sharp pain. I thought I was having an ectopic pregnancy but turns out I had a cyst that ruptured. Has anyone had this, this early in pregnancy and Baby was ok? I'm so scared for miscarriage. In the ultrasound they couldn't see the Baby but they did see the sac in the uterus. Measuring 4w6d

I had them when not pregnant and have a cyst now that brought me to the ER that hadn’t ruptured but it varies - many from what I’ve read Don’t cause any trouble or distress for the growing baby. Make sure you see your doctor to track what’s going on.

Last night I had a little cramping at 5’weeks and I have a corpus luteum cyst. It lasted about 1 minute of hard cramps then I had two inches of blood on a pad and been fine since. The dr said it’s fine and he’s see me for my regular appointment on Tuesday. Could the cyst have ruptured or bled?
