7w5d and minimal symptoms, is this normal?!

I have been experiencing breast soreness, tender and sensitive nipples, bloating and nausea on and off without vomiting oh and extreme fatigue ( I'm in bed by 9:30 each night when before was up until 11pm no problem). The dr didn't seem concerned, but I don't have an ultrasound for another two weeks!  I just don't think it has really hit me yet, that we are going to have a baby! I'm excited, but still in shock I think. Has this happened to anyone else?
