So much confusion I need help

Last Saturday I had a cyst rupture on my right ovary.

Then yesterday I had a positive frer test.

Now today I feel a sharp pain the right side of my pelvic region followed by pink discharge with some red blood in it.

Is this bleeding from the cyst? I’ve been a week late on my period... maybe it’s my period now?

I’m so confused and need advice from anyone with experience please.
