Bunion or something else?

I started getting a bump below my big toe, on both feet. It feels bony, but it's not on the side of my foot like what I've seen online in pictures of bunions. I don't wear heels anymore and haven't for years, but I wear a lot of flats, and my feet are flat. Any ideas and what should I do? Thanks in advance!!!

Its not fully a bunion but kinda is. Like it could turn into one as you get older. But like it is now is pretty common. Mine have looked slightly worse than that for as long as I can remember. And I never wore heels just trainers all day everyday. Basically its nothing to worry about yet

It definitely could be a bunion. I have bunions and bunionettes on both feet. They don't go away and you'll need surgery to fix them or they will get worse and worse. I'd definitely go get checked out.
