Early labor? SUPER hot and increased Braxton Hicks

This is my first baby and I’m 36 weeks. I have had a pretty uneventful (thankfully) pregnancy up until the last few days. I just have this sense I am going to deliver early. The last 2 days I have been soo crampy with what I think are Braxton Hicks contractions and I’ve also been SO HOT! I am literally sweating just sitting around. My hands also feel swollen. I think there has been a pretty significant increase in discharge over the last 3 days also to the point sometimes my underwear gets uncomfortably wet. Has anyone experienced this?? I feel so clueless, I may go in just in case somethings wrong 😣
