Will you have caregivers for your child get the tdap vaccine??

I have spoken to 3 different medical professionals (my obgyn, the pediatrician we chose for our daughter, and hospital administrator for child birth classes) regarding the tdap shot. They have all requested anyone who will be a caregiver to receive or be sure their tdap vaccine is up to date

My sister in law has stated she would like to be a caregiver, but is refusing to get the vaccine because of what she read on the internet & who she talked to (no dr’s), stating it is not necessary.

My husband and I are uncomfortable with her decision and have requested her to either get the vaccine or hold off on visits until our daughter has been vaccinated. Having a hard time seeing how this will not affect our relationship with his sister.
